This tool was designed to help web designers extract the same properties/values from the CSS. Main purpose is to create a style variation based on original stylesheet file. For example, color white can be used throughout the stylesheet and with this tool you can extract/group all selectors which has color property set to white. To change this value, just change it in the one place, in the generated CSS. You can also experiment with other properties and use this tool as an CSS analyzer (usage, etc.).
